Group Bookings

Group bookings are generally accepted please contact us for details.

Check in / Check out

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive before this time we will try to accommodate you by storing your bags and offering you a parking space. On day of departure we ask guests to vacate their room by 10.30am.

Special Needs

Please advise of any special needs you or anyone in you party have at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Over 48 hours – 2 days 50% of the booking.

Less than 48 hours notice the full booking will be charged to the credit / debit card booked with.

We require all bookings to be guaranteed with a credit / debit card.

Some bookings will require a deposit.

The person making the booking will be held responsible for the actions of their party, any loss of revenue or damage as a result of the booking will be claimed against their credit or debit card.

Payments Accepted

There is a 5% Charge on all Credit Cards. There is no charge on debit/switch cards

We recommend you take travel insurance against any unexpected

Parking

The hotel has a private car park at the rear of the hotel. One space allocated per room.   Access to the car park is between two walls. The maximum width is restricted to 81 inches. Some wider vehicles (4x4 and large vans) will not be able to access the car park.
